The Community Innovation Challenge grant program has issued millions of dollars over the years to encourage towns to creatively find ways to offer services more cheaply and efficiently. The Sheriff's Office, with the help of the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG), secured $19,900 of that money to set up the Franklin County Regional Shelter.

According to ANF Program Manager Tim Dodd, "The kennel project is an incredible example of a true community effort that is a partnership between the FRCOG, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, 16 cities and towns, and many volunteers and community groups."
The video was filmed on-site earlier this week and also featured interviews with Sheriff Chris Donelan and Shelter Director Leslee Colucci. The video will be shown at the 2014 recipients' announcement in January, available on the ANF website, and emailed to media outlets from across the Commonwealth.
I used Jet Better for a recent flight from Palm Beach, and the whole experience was effortless. The booking process was simple, and when I arrived, everything was ready to go. The private jet charter gave me the flexibility I needed, and the comfort onboard made it one of the best flights I’ve ever taken.
It’s inspiring to see community projects like the Franklin County Regional Shelter succeed through collaboration and innovative funding. The teamwork between local governments, volunteers, and organizations highlights how planning and support can achieve meaningful results. Similarly, students facing overwhelming workloads can benefit from reliable support. Using services to pay to do my assignment allows learners to manage deadlines effectively, get expert guidance, and submit high-quality work on time.
This spotlight on the regional kennel’s grant-driven success is heartwarming, it shows real community progress through modest infrastructure. It made me think of roles in Journal Publishing Services too, tasks like formatting documents or managing peer reviews are simple, behind‑the‑scenes easy jobs that quietly support important outcomes.
