Records Access

In accordance with the enactment of MGL Chapter 121 - An Act to Improve Public Records - the Franklin County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) has designated Lieutenant Nick Carme as its Public Records Access Officer, who will assist requesters in fulfilling their requests.

Public records requests regarding records in the possession of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office may be made by email to: nicholas.carme@fcs.state.ma.us or by hand delivery or mail to the: Franklin County Sheriff's Office, ATTN: Records/Lt. Nick Carme, 160 Elm Street, Greenfield, MA  01301.
